10X Workforce
10X Workforce addresses the challenges that come with human beings. If you have employees, you're going to have human issues — there's no way around it. Most companies, the majority in fact, report accountability issues from their employees.
This division is run by a human behavior expert who understands people, understands what drives them, and understands how to effectively change behavior. 10X Workforce doesn't lean on feel-good or fluffy theories of leadership. We build and apply structured systems that drive results.
We also have our own methods for solving points of friction using our Conflict Competence model — a skill set developed over a lengthy career dealing with difficult people and difficult situations, including people who are highly manipulative.
